Received call from a woman with a very heavy Indian accent. Said I was in default for a payday loan and that if I didn't call her back, they were going to come to my home or work with a summons and take me to jail. They asked to have my attorney on call. I don't have a payday loan. I applied for one but then decided not to take it. This is a hoax to try and extort money.

Calls every single hour during the day. When I answer, they hang up. When the answering machine picks up, they hang up on it as well!

These a**holes are really pissing me off! They have been calling my cell phone almost every day for about 3 months, and they call from a different number each time. There is never a live person on the line -just a recorded message that leaves a number for you to call back. They claim that they are affiliated with FPL, Progress Energy, and OUC and want to come out and do a "free energy audit". None of those companies even provides the electricity to my house!

the person on the other line was very crass and was telling me when i asked to speek to a suporvisior that he was going to put ihm in A** or maybe in P**** and was just rude

find out what it is yet? i just noticed that i have the same ppl charging my acct for 29.99 AND 49.99!!! really!?

a foreign man called looking for one of our employees.. saying he was from bank of america. he said this persons account was going to be closed and he needed to get their information. i asked for a call back number. when i put the person on hold, they hung up. when i called the number back it rang back to a midlantic transport company. this is the second call in 2 days like this.. BEWARE!!!
